Implement a common_purify for htmLawed and more

We're removing unicode formatting characters as well, such as RTL marks.
For more info on why we're because extra cautious (but may accept the
characters in later versions) you can read:

This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
