Parse RSS items as activities

First steps to parsing RSS items as activities. RSS feeds don't seem
to have enough data to make good remote profiles, but this may work
with some "hints".

lib/activity.php		diff \| blob \| history
tests/ActivityParseTests.php		diff \| blob \| history

This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
