Piwik analytics plugin

Piwik (http://piwik.org/) is an Open Source analytics engine. This
plugin lets you include Piwik in your Laconica installation.
plugins/PiwikAnalyticsPlugin.php [new file with mode: 0644] blob
This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
