Rewrote How Blogspam Plugin Made HTTP Requests.

The old way didn't seem to work anymore.
It was just sending empty requests.
plugins/BlogspamNetPlugin.php diff | blob | history
This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
