Don't report all linked URLs to remote sites

noembed.com acts as a proxy for oEmbed requests, but that also means they
get all the links we post on our instances, given that they're used as a
default endpoint.

This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
