Don't cherry-pick:
- let's render the receipt's bar code into an actual barcode
- renamed RECEIPT_NUMBER -> RECEIPT_NUMBER_HEADER
- added showing receipt number in list view (receipts)

WAR (Web Archive) sub-project and frontend for the JFinancials application. Remember that you need A LOT more projects to be able to run this! Plus you NEED Paraya 4.4.x (latest 4 series, 5 won't work) to run this JSF project.
