Add event hooks for customizing ActivityObject output to Atom and JSON, and helpers for MicroAppPlugin.

New hooks:
* StartActivityObjectOutputAtom
* EndActivityObjectOutputAtom

* StartActivityObjectOutputJson
* EndActivityObjectOutputJson

This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
