scripts/nukefile.php for blasting crap from the server

Deletes notices and the locally stored file based on File id, as
you may want to just get rid of shit sometimes.
classes/File.php diff | blob | history
classes/File_to_post.php diff | blob | history
scripts/nukefile.php [new file with mode: 0755] blob
This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
