sys_get_temp_dir was added in PHP 5 >= 5.2.1

Our requirements are higher than that, so let's just remove the workaround
extlib/get_temp_dir.php [deleted file] blob | history
This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
