Make Profile->getFancyUrl() somewhat better on fallback

It tries to get a referential identifier apart from the fullname trying
with acct: URI, profile URL and lastly URI.

This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
