Add a script to clear the cache for a given key

Like showcache.php, clearcache.php clears the cache for a given key.
scripts/clearcache.php [new file with mode: 0644] blob
This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
