Show H2s in notice content

With notices coming from other sources (e.g. Diaspora) and rich-text plugins
such as Textile/Markdown/TinyMCE, it's possible notices include H2 we want
to display.
theme/base/css/display.css diff | blob | history
This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
