Cleanups:
- added id for menu include (maybe more follow? or I revert all these?)
- removed no longer used i18n strings
- user_menu is no longer included in page template, only in user_base.xhtml

WAR (Web Archive) sub-project and frontend for the JFinancials application. Remember that you need A LOT more projects to be able to run this! Plus you NEED Paraya 4.4.x (latest 4 series, 5 won't work) to run this JSF project.
