Only accept filenames for existing files in getUploadedFileType

Getting metadata from filehandles just meant duplicating work
lib/mediafile.php diff | blob | history
tests/MediaFileTest.php diff | blob | history
This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
