Don't cherry-pick:
- added backing bean for general and administrative purposes for receipt items
- added list view for receipt items
- added form template for receipt items
- added JSF custom tag for administrative links
- some language strings reassigned from msg (general) to project-specific
message bundle
- added navigation case for listing receipt items

WAR (Web Archive) sub-project and frontend for the JFinancials application. Remember that you need A LOT more projects to be able to run this! Plus you NEED Paraya 4.4.x (latest 4 series, 5 won't work) to run this JSF project.
