Initial helpers for verification and microformats

This will form the backend of all incoming linkbacks.
We verify the linkback is real and then try to form a rich notice
out of it.
plugins/Linkback/lib/util.php [new file with mode: 0644] blob
This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
