Don't cherry-pick:
- moved i18n BARCODE_NUMBER_HEADER to project file
- also renamed it to BARCODE_HEADER as the actual bar code is being rendered
- added missing i18n strings

WAR (Web Archive) sub-project and frontend for the JFinancials application. Remember that you need A LOT more projects to be able to run this! Plus you NEED Paraya 4.4.x (latest 4 series, 5 won't work) to run this JSF project.
