Please cherry-pick:
- used h:panelGroup instead of div
- sorted context parameters in web.xml
- added missing (somehow) user_must_change_email_address feature flag (enabled)

WAR (Web Archive) sub-project and frontend for the JFinancials application. Remember that you need A LOT more projects to be able to run this! Plus you NEED Paraya 4.4.x (latest 4 series, 5 won't work) to run this JSF project.
