Chdir() to the data directory when RELEASE is #defined.

This ensures an installed version of Blobwars can find the data files if it is
not in a .pak file.

This is my personal clone from the main repository at https://sourceforge.net/p/blobwars/ . Here I will try to fix small things I know.
