Initial version of ManagedAction

This will simplify actions for future development and maintenance
since we can automate much more (such as auto-running show[Ajax|Page])
and handle errors of various kinds. Essentially the same kind of
improvements as Managed_DataObject gives us.
lib/managedaction.php [new file with mode: 0644] blob
This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
