Add support for plugins to resize images

This also adds an event hook to get more metadata of the ImageFile.
Such as if it's animated or so.

lib/imagefile.php diff | blob | history
This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
