Make user_group able to handle remote groups

We add a local_group table to store data about local groups. It has
the unique key for nickname, so /group/<nickname> looks up here.

Updated DB data object classes and data files.
classes/Local_group.php [new file with mode: 0755] blob
classes/User_group.php diff | blob | history
classes/statusnet.ini [changed mode: 0644->0755] diff | blob | history
db/statusnet.sql diff | blob | history
This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
