Thumbnail cleaning script, for missing files and File entries

Should be safe to run at any time, since thumbnails are regenerated on demand.
scripts/clean_thumbnails.php [new file with mode: 0755] blob
This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
