- also need to set +pubSub for fetch_instances() command
- remove duplicate code, no need to fetch same for POST field "blocked" again
- --force-all is generically the norm

Personal clone of "fedi-block-api", if you like to use the command fetch_instances_social you need to get an API key from https://instances.social .
