Continued:

- renamed allSomeEntities() to fetchAllSomeEntities()
- maybe removed deprecated or not recommended business methods
- if a method fetches e.g. a limited list of "Bar" entities, limited by an
  entity "Foo" it must be named "fetchAllBarsByFoo()"
