  QnA - Allow answer revisions and marking a question as "best"
  QnA - add best class to best answers
  QnA - Better display of questions and answers in streams
  QnA - save answer revisions and show # of revisions


Trivial merge
This is my personal clone from the wonderful software GNUSocial. I may fix or break things here, so use it on your own risk. :-)
