Added my scripts for generating various stuff on my server

Added svn:eol-style=native and all flight plans

Removed and ignored ;)

Rewritten:
- Added CC-BY-SA 3.0 license
- Remove 'guestbook' folder as it bears unrelated stuff
- Ignored above directory
- Added page to public Subversion access to this website
