renamed Mailer to BaseMailer and made it abstract, all methods here should be generic enough then.

added from jjobs-ejb as this is generic code

Initial import of JavaMailer EEE project:
- this project should send out emails to the user by keeping the API easy
- "GNU-ified" project (relevant files added)
- dist.sh and generic .gitignore added
