From 813b518b6f0c3e772fbd521d75106a650e69a084 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: timoore Date: Thu, 4 Oct 2007 20:53:22 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] Don't reset the random texture base when rebuilding a cloud layer This fix removes obnoxious visuals (texture jumping) when a cloud layer is moved due to a metar update or, more significantly, when switching from metar to a scenario.
