Diaspora: The hostname is now send, so that at Diaspora there is a line telling "via ..."

The title for the settings now contain the words "import, "export" or "Mirror" according to their function.

The function for fetching the original url is removed from the addons and added to the core.

Statusnet bidirectional sync. It is now possible to import a remote statusnet timeline. It is adopted code from the twitter addon.
