Continued with crawler:
- Renamed method processStack() to fillUrlStack() to reflect its purpose
- Added isUrlStackEmpty() to interface as it is now public
- Added new base class BaseUrlSourceTask which will initialize all such tasks
  by creating the proper URL source instance
- Contants belong to top of classes
