- implemented info-filler method with data from socket peer
- implemented enableSocketOutOfBandData()
- commented out many noisy debug lines
- made some debug lines to noisy, as they are really noisy under PHP 7
- some small fixes (e.g. tpzo in method name)
- updated 'core' framework to latest commit
